Returns and Refunds
Basic Skincare adheres to the Consumers Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986. It enables you to return products that have arrived in a less than desirable state and be reimbursed for the full price of the product. We can also arrange a replacement product to complete the original order if you would prefer. If a product or an order has not arrived at its destination and it is lost, we can also refund the order or send a replacement to you. In case you are not satisfied by the products and would prefer a refund, please contact us as soon as possible. It is important to us that you are happy with your purchase.
