How long does it take to process an order?

It takes up to 48 hours to process an order and have it shipped out to NZ Post.

Can I amend an order?

Yes. Please contact us as soon as possible so that we can assist you further. In the event the order has been dispatched, we will let you know.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa and Mastercard  via PAYPAL. 

What currency do you use?

Prices are in New Zealand Dollars.

What courier do you use for shipping?

We use NZ Post and we deliver to every town and city in New Zealand including rural.  

How long does it take to receive my order?

New Zealand orders take 1-3 days, depending on location.

Do you ship internationally?

No. 

How much is shipping in New Zealand?

It costs a flat rate of $10 NZD per order, up to 2KG.

Are your products made with natural or organic ingredients?

Some of our ingredients are certified organic. On the labels of each product are a list of ingredients including certified organic ingredients. Most of them are organic but they are not always certified.  99.5% of our ingredients are natural or naturally derived. The remainder of the ingredients are not natural but essential because they are conditioner elements. But they are water soluble and wash out easily. All of this information is subject to change as sources are depleted, but all the information is correct on the labels. Please refer to product details for further information.

How long does your products last?

Some products use natural preservatives. Some do not use any preservatives. But all of the products can last up to 24 months, provided they are stored in a cool, dry place.  Once opened, they can last anywhere between 6 months and 12 months.

Are your products vegan?

Around 95% of our products are 100% vegan. Again the labels on the products identify if it is vegan.

Are your products cruelty free?

All of our products are cruelty free. Rest assured we never test on animals.

Are your products paraben and sulphate free?

Absolutely. All of our products are paraben and sulphate free.

Is all of your ingredients listed on each product?

Yes. All of the ingredients are listed on the labels for each individual product.
